This is the first in my recovery tools series. The Massage Stick allows you to apply however much pressure you want or need for each body part! It’s a great tool, very simple to use. You just have to roll it around the muscular areas, find a point that is sore and apply more time going over it.
It’s as simple as it sounds and looks!
One of the upsides, once you feel you’re ok with this, you can develop it further by getting a partner or friend to roll it for you which means more benefit.
Downside.. you can’t do your own arms, back, shoulders.. which is why you use multiple tools!
